We will erect guard rails around the roof perimeter as per WorkCover Law, i.e. there must be fall protection, remove old roof, be it metal or tile, roof battens and old insulation. Set out new roof batten spacings for the newly chosen roof tiles or metal roof sheeting. Insulate the roof with medium, extra heavy or super duty sarking for tiles or 55mm wool blanket insulation for metal roof sheeting.
Load new tiles or metal roofing material onto your roof and lay out the tiles or roof sheeting on each side of the roof, bed and point ridge capping and/or gable ends for tiles or fabricate and install metal flashings. We will ensure cleanliness for all the new roof area, gutters and around the perimeter of the home.
